EPR is the latest Trenchless Technology that can install a NEW pipe and renews
and encapsulate the asbestos cement pipe within the same alignment in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Using the specially formulated encapsulAC® blue coagula tracer product, the asbestos pipe is enveloped around the outside of the new pipe, leaving a hydrophilic putty that captures the fibres within the geological surroundings
The new HDPE pipe uses all the standard fittings and meets specifications for asset lifecycle guarantees while removing the legacy of untreated asbestos buried in the ground for future generations.

Apply for a licence
Begin by submitting your details to process your identity and create a unique user profile for your EPR licence. Approval of your application grants you access to the next stage.

Training
Once your application has been approved, you will receive access to encapsulAC® EPR™ training. Here you will be guided through how EPR works and how to use it efficiently and compliantly. Completion of this training is required before proceeding to certification.
(Note: Step 2 is to be completed annually to maintain access.)

Get Certified
Following training, you will be required to demonstrate your understanding in a hands-on work environment. Upon successful assessment, you will receive certification to operate within the EPR system.
(Note: Certification is valid for 12 months and must be renewed yearly through reassessment.)
